The ambiance was inviting, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout goes to Juice Ortiz, who went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of amazing. Juice's professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. He not only provided excellent recommendations but also made sure that every aspect of our meal was perfect. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Overall, I highly recommend Old Chicago. And if you're lucky enough to have Juice Ortiz as your server, you're in for a treat! "DON’T EAT HERE!!!! We came in to get pepperoni rolls that we had ordered 50 minutes prior. They told us a 15 minute wait and it ended up taking 53 minutes to get our order. Came in and no one helped us then they told us the order would take just a couple more minutes. Wait after having already waited almost an hour. the manager came after we requested to speak to him, and turned his back on us, and tried to walk away. Was a terrible experience and would not recommend eating here ever! The food used to be good, but the service went downhill exponentially and food is now nasty and cold along with the service."

"Food was ok. I got the chicken strip sandwhich which was over cooked. Not many fries came with but the price was great! Drinks were very tasty and the service we got from Evans was excellent. We heard nothing but great things about the pizza so we will be back to try that."

"Ordered via door dash. For the price they charge you’d think you’d get more than 6 olives on a large pizza and a full cup of coleslaw. The small 4 slice pizza isn’t much bigger than the size of a lean cuisine one. Large pizza had barely any toppings on it. The coleslaw though is the icing on the cake. Done with this place."

"We had an Outstanding Business lunch today with a few friends. We received "Stellar" Service. Our server Stellar was very friendly and helpful. She was very attentive with refills; clearing dishes and checking on us. Old Chicago is a wonderful place to eat in the bar, dining room, or patio this time of year. We enjoyed some nachos, wings, and Pizza today. Old Chicago is right off North Carefree and Powers. Old Chicago Pizza Taproom is a great place to meet friends for Happy Hour or take in a game, with all of their Big Screen TV's. I would highly recommend Old Chicago Pizza plus Taproom to everyone."
