I come in and they say there is no one here to fix your phone come by anytime tomorrow from 9-5 I come in today at 2 they tell me it’s gunna take 2 hours. Then come back and say actually we can’t fix your phone at all sorry. I leave town tomorrow these people have now wasted 2 of my days. The spineless guy working the front desk didn’t say a word when I explained why I was upset. What a joke do not do business here. 0 customer service."

"Thos location is certified to fix hardware cell phone issues. Once i received confirmation that part arrived , I took my Galaxy S10+, due to a malfunctioning LCD screen. Nick replaced the LCD and had it ready within an hour after drop off. So, fast, effective service. Excellent communication. Thank you Nick!
