Pizza Hut

"Well sometimes you get what you pay for... I ordered two large pizzas... Went and picked them up from location... They we're ready as promised... However it was incorrect they gave me thin crushed when I ordered the original... It seemed as if the toppings were not adequate almost as if entire place was running out of toppings... Not just on the one but on both... I know what it was supposed to look like and I know what it was supposed to taste like as I've ordered this many times before from many other locations... I should have taken pictures... I should have complained... I should have requested satisfaction... However hindsight is 20/20 it was on sale,... You get what you pay for... Well I give him another shot... Sure, Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut..."

"Last month I had ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas and a 24piece and the whole order was wrong. No Stuff crust on either pizza and definitely not 24 wings. I get people make mistakes but this is literally stealing my moneys worth. I Called next day and the lady said I would get a refund and asked for my phone number. Asked her if she needed and order number and she said no. I asked what would be the follow-up and said someone would be calling back to confirm the refund. This Never happened. A couple days later a left a review from a email I got but again, no response. I order here A LOT and have been in this city for at least 15 years. Follow-up would’ve been nice and act like the company cares."

"Went in at 5pm to get 1 LG 2 topping pizza at 6:10pm they tried handing me a burnt pizza. They mentioned that only 1 oven was working. I kindly asked for a refund, so did the 2 ladies ahead of me."

"I ordered a large supreme pizza and 12 BBQ wings. The pizza got here pretty prompt. I had no wings. To pay $60 including tip . So I tried to call. Could not get a hold of the store. It was close to closing time. I kept getting the running around by the answering service. So I finally had to file a complaint with corporate. That's supposed to contact me within the next three business days. We'll see how that goes. I'm never going to this pizza hunt or order from this Pizza Hut ever again. Very disappointed"
