"Friendly staff and very knowledgeable, however I was told plan to pick up at 12, as I’m pulling up to the dealership, I get a text that says pick up at 2 instead. I get there a little before 2 and told another 30-45 minutes. Finally get my car back at 2:50 right before closing. Not a big deal, still the better audi dealership in the area!"

"Thank you Matthew Hansen for your support! I wanted to recognize him for top level customer service. I was having some major car issues and Matthew really supported me as an Audi owner and gave me insight and direction on steps to take. He made an appointment for me with loaner accommodations even though I called the wrong location as I’m a frequent Flatirons visitor. He proceeded by sharing caution with me in regard to driving the car and helped share information for towing companies. Flatirons was able to get me in the same day versus 4 days later but Matthew followed up and shared communication with Flatirons to make sure my drop off for my towed car was seamless.
