"This shop is amazing. Servicing a Volvo is expensive, but their quotes are always far below those from the dealer. Whereas I have to call multiple times to get anyone from Sil-TerHar to answer or call me back, then wait a month for a loaner, I can always get someone on the phone the first try here, and can consistently get an appointment within a few days. Most recently, the dealer said that I needed new front brake pads and rotors, and quoted me $1,100. Swedish Motors quoted $900 total for front AND rears. I made the appointment, and within half an hour of dropping it off, they called to let me know that I didn't need to have either set replaced, because they still had plenty of life. That's the way to earn trust! Keep up the great work!"
