"This is my 8th year in a row visiting Snowmass for skiing and every time I’ve had Philly cheesesteak from this place. Up until last year, it’s been simply my family’s favorite sandwich at Snowmass that hit the spot after a full day of skiing. However, this year it’s a completely different experience. The sandwiches didn’t taste good and I feel the ingredients were very low quality. Additionally, the sandwiches are much smaller and more expensive. They don’t even wrap the sandwiches anymore and serve them in a slice pizza paper box that doesn’t keep the heat at all. I don’t know what has happened. A new owner? New cook? Or just simply mismanagement. I’m very disappointed. One less thing to look forward to for our next visit to Snowmass."

"The service at Taste of Philly is the worst. One guy taking orders doesn't listen or repeat what he thinks he heard... when he's wrong he takes offense and returns your $ and provided no food. Message: he doesn't want my business. Message received loud and clear. There is no customer service at this location. Teenagers who are not able or willing to assist people, shouldn't be responsible for a businesses reputation."
