"Very poor customer service during the assessment process. I asked for a quote as a bottom line cost to repair my electric rear passenger window for a 2006 Toyota. One of the mechanics was outside at the time of the assessment but he was not willing to give me any basic idea of cost and instead he said, "Can you tell me how much money I have in my wallet right now? No, and that's the same thing for your car. I don't know how much it will cost because I can't see the damages until I get inside the door. " The assessment was completed by a technician and when she returned with a quote it was an amount that would include replacing all mechanisms for an electric window, which was a ridiculous cost. Clearly they did not want to repair my car. I took my car to a different company. Assessment was completed in minutes and the repair cost is less than 1/3 the cost Calliber Collision would charge. No one asked me to tell them how much money was in their wallet either. Customer service makes the difference as well as professionalism."
