"Last March, my partner and I were on a road trip through the southwest with a rental vehicle. When we arrived in Cortez, we realized there was a puncture in the sidewall of one of our rental tires (that's another story). After spending the whole night on the phone with the rental company, the next morning I called Big O Tires just before they opened. They picked up immediately, had the tire we needed in stock, and told us to come down right away. We were pulling out of their parking lot around 8:30 with a brand new tire. We got to go to Mesa Verde, which we thought we were going to miss because of time spent replacing the tire. Incredible customer service, everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm so grateful to the staff here for getting us out of a jam and giving us time to experience such a wonderful place! I was just looking back at our vacation photos and had to come write this review, finally. Thank you!"
