"I wasn't super impressed with this shop. When I brought my motorohome in for them to look at they acted like I was a hassel because it was such an old motorhome. (1981 and well cared for) They still worked on it but when we got it back the inside was completely taken apart still, the front seat was off the base with bolts and screws everywhere, the cover to the engine tossed in the back and our sun visors were missing. When I called to inquire about the visors, which are specially cut to the size of those windows, they acted again as if I was a hassel and a burden for even asking. The work they did on the motorhome was fine, however, their customer service is lacking. I did not feel taken care of from the moment I stepped in the shop."
"I was 1800+ miles in the Utah desert in July2022 when my A/C went out. I called a friend e Grand Junction and he hooked me up with Bear Automotive and 8AM the next day they checked it out, recharged the freon, checked the electrical system and I was back on the road by 11 am. Truly professional, courteous, and didn't try to gouge someone in distress. Thanks for your quick response. God bless your business ‼️"
"Took in our class A motorhome that had overheated. They took radiator out, taken to radiator shop next day, pressure tested with very good results. Radiator was reinstalled with all new top of the line hoses & clips. Returned to us the following day. Cannot say enough about how great the service was handled & done in a very timely manner."
"These guys are fabulous. We are full-time RV'rs and stayed at Palisades Base Camp. We needed some work done on our 99 Fleetwood Storm - alignment and shocks. They special ordered the materials & got us in & out in several days. Nice people. We highly recommend the shop."
