"We stopped for lunch today in afternoon after a long hike at the Arches National Park. We were seated fairly quick. Our server was quick to bring us all a glass of cold water. Our food was brought out super fast every thing was delicious! You can definitely taste and see the quality. Definitely will be stopping by on our next trip to Moab."

"As soon as we entered, the most amazing Italian aromas greeted us! We were super excited after reading many great reviews. I am gluten free so specifically chose this restaurant as they offer gluten free pizza and pasta - they have a special GF menu! I am also dairy free, so the GF pasta options are more limited if you cannot eat dairy. But I ended up with a 4-topping GF pizza that was good - crust and the marina sauce was good! My parents both loved their dish! My mom got the Jay’s Famous jumbo shells which not only looked incredible but tasted divine! Perfect balance of cheesy with the sausage, spinach and marina sauce. My dad got the Chicken & eggplant Milanese which he said was his best meal in Moab! His came with a side of pasta - they brought out penne with marinara but he wasn’t sure if he would have gotten to choose the type or pasta (ex: penne, spaghetti, linguini, etc) if he asked. Both of the pasta dishes came with garlic bread. They highly recommended their dishes!! Service was a bit slow, but it was ok as the menu is extensive and it takes time to read it and decide what you want. We highly recommend this establishment!"

"Really good pasta here! My wife got the Chicken Pesto Tortellone and it was amazing! The Chicken Parmesan was very good as well. We also tried the Artichoke dip which was good, but the bread to dip in it was a bit dry and overdone. However the free garlic bread was delicious and went well with the dip. Overall the service was good and although it was busy we only had to wait about 10 minutes."

"Super fun early winter trip to go Jeeping with the family-stopped off to pasta Jay’s for a fantastic Italian meal after the trail. though it was for the most part busy we were sat and greeted very quickly, and in no time the food came out, prepared, well presented and super flavorful. We try to stop by at least once a trip and highly recommend this spot for any foodie. We love Moab and we love Utah. We got the chicken, Parmesan Alfredo, the spinach, artichoke dip, and the spaghetti meatballs. All were fantastic and did not disappoint. Get the Root Beer!!!!"

"We were pretty impressed with this place. It was right next door to our hotel. Food was really good. Our teens liked it so much that they ordered to go food the one night my husband and I went out. They really liked the Alfredo. It was enough food for my teens to be satisfied."
