"Dr. Neill is too inexperienced in health and the well being of anyone. I went in with a stomach problem and he had me do a colaguard and a some other tests not related to my problem. He has his nurse call me and read the results. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the pain that is still occurring? She couldn't respond to that all she said was that the doctor would see me in 3 months. I'm sorry but if I'm paying you for a service, do your job."

"After Dr. Schoon retired, Mr. Neill came on as my husband's primary care doctor. My husband had seen Neill several times. This Dr has been prescribed severalmeds to my husband. However trying to get a refill on said meds has been absolutely unbelievable. 2 weeks ago, routine appt, need meds filled, told Dr he needed meds filled. Not done, tried calling multiple times, put on hold for 15 + minutes, had to hang up, have to work for a week and a half. Go to the office, there's nobody that can make themselves available for 2 seconds while the waiting room is completely empty. My husband comes home from working a 16 hour shift and tells me he still has been unable to get his meds filled. I am beyond upset. Not everyone uses the portal. Since when has it become impossible to talk to another human being. I had to resort to asking for a refill on a web portal. I also let them know of all the efforts made to get meds filled along with my feeling of Neill being incompetent. How hard is it to send an electronic script to the pharmacy. I'm sorry but if you can't get medicaid refilled, your not going to be a part of my loved ones health. The health care system is absolutely broken. I was told the only thing they show requesting a refill was from the portal. Just because your system doesn't show the efforts on our part and on the part of the pharmacy doesn't mean they were made. If this had been the 1st attempt, I can assure you I wouldn't be coming at you miffed. Be proactive about your providers and remember they work for you. Hold them accountable. They do not deserve special treatment just because they are a Dr or nurse or healthcare provider. You are a consumer who pays for a service. You wouldn't keep a lawn service that didn't maintain your lawn, so don't stay with a healthcare provider that did not take your health seriously. We all pay for insurance premiums, co pays, prescription drugs and still get a bill in the mail. Take a stand for yourself. Find a provider that will listen to you, read your chart and have your best interests mind. HN"
