"Rachel and the nurse were really great. Conversation about skin issues were very chill and I wasn't stressed at all about visit. They checked torso and identified any spots that could be malignant, addressed my concerns and prescribed gel for a issue I've had for months. The issue has nearly cleared up after a couple of weeks with the gel. Very glad I made the visit!"

"On 2.7.22 I went to Dakota Dermatology for a service. Its now November of 2022 & I am JUST receiving my bill for the first time 9 months after the service. I called the day I got the bill to set up a payment plan. I paid the first portion on 11/15/22, gave them my cc information, & authorized them to make the payments. My December bill statement arrived, I called the same day & tried to make a payment. The women who answered the phone stated the system was down & to call a different day, didn't ask my name or anything. I called back the next day & no answer. Truthfully, the bill slipped my mind after this. January arrived, I never received a January statement from them (regardless if it was sent) It never made it to me. I forgot to make a call in January for my payment, and never received a call or letter from them. February arrives -- I get a statement in the mail stating I owe $182, so I called the same day that I received this statement and tried to make a payment. The women places me on hold, comes back & tells me she sent my bill to collections - 4 months after I received the bill, & while I had payments set up, & tried to contact them more than once. I asked this woman for the collections number so I could correct this right away, to which she responds "you can pay the bill with me" directly after stating it was sent to collections. I asked to speak with someone else to pay my bill. This women helps me pay my bill. I ask her to be transferred to HR, she said "We don't have HR, just two managers" - so I asked for the number & called the manager James back. When talking to James I mentioned how I asked for HR to which he stated "he was HR" although the women at the front stated they have no HR? Then James states "we didn't send your bill to collections" to which I responded "the women at the front blatantly said my bill was sent to collections?". He didn’t have sound reasons for anything that happened within his company. He then began questioning me about if I knew how credit works and tried explaining credit to me unwanted and unwarranted so I ended the phone call. I felt very manipulated, lied to, and subjected by this company."

"Love this place. They have helped me with any skin concerns I have had over the years. Dr. Watson listens to my problems and is so EMPATHETIC. The receptionists are amazing. The nurses are so kind and really take the time to listen. This is a great clinic with fabulous staff!! Thank you so much for helping me!!! "

"I accompanied a family member to a visit with Dr. Watson. The nurse was very rude and Dr. Watson was not much better. She had already made up her mind on what was going on before she even entered the room. We were not listened to at all. The “diagnosis” made no sense and it was clear she wasn’t interested in figuring out what was actually going on. She even went as far as putting in her notes that my family member was “delusional” about her condition, which is a lie. We have never experienced anything like what this Dr. did. I would NOT recommend Dr. Watson at this clinic."

"We've been going here for two years. I'm so disappointed this time around with their lack of a prompt pay discount. We were seen for less than 15 minutes and charged $600 for a service. They are overpriced. While we love to support local, we will be going back to the larger health system. Save your money and do the same."
