"Extremely gross employees, one specifically that was very rude and gross she was a bigger lady working the window and her blue nails were all falling off. Don’t wash their hands or where gloves, saw one scratch their head and then proceeded to touch the food, I have saw them drop the food and pick it back up off of the floor and place it into people bags. I just had one of the managers daughters there come out and open my car door as I’m sitting across the street and start screaming at me after I had already been over there for over 20 minutes they are extremely slow EVERY TIME it does not matter the time of day. This place is a health hazard and a bunch of lazy slow “workers”. The lobby is also never open you can only use the drive thru here. While if you look inside you can see some of the employees sitting at the tables on their phones not bothering to help anyone."

"I don't understand how they can mess up fast food so badly. Not normally one to complain much, but just look at how bad this food is. Whole onions in the chilli, hard beans, barely any meat. In a drink cup? Everything cold. Burnt burger bun!! How long does it take to remake a burger bun so its not burnt!?!? Pure laziness here, don't waste your money."

"First of all, the drive-thru is the only option here. I spent 30 min before I got to the speaker. When I saw my burger, it was a disappointment. Can't believe how they are operating like this. There are like 4 Wendy's in Omaha that have "issues." This is one of them."

"DO NOT GO HERE. We arrived at the restaurant expecting to sit inside and enjoy the company of our family. The doors were all locked, so we headed to the drive thru and were met with the rudest staff I have ever encountered. We get to the window, they didn’t get our order right so we had to correct them and then we pull out and check our bag. Missing a sandwich. So we have to pull back around and we’re trying to tell them that we are missing a sandwich and one of our other sandwiches is wrong, they go “yeah we got it.” Very rudely. We waited 10 minutes for new sandwiches and they were still wrong. Absolutely do not go here. If I could leave a review and give them no stars I would."

"I’m actually crying right now. I’m almost 6 months pregnant and just wanted a wrap and a baked potato. I opened my wrap out of the wrapped it was in and it wasn’t even put together nicely. Then I go to try and fix how poorly it was put together to discover that the tortilla is stiff and fell apart as soon as I tried to put it back together with no fixing it… then my baked potato not too much to complain about besides it didn’t seem to be split in half and was mainly hard but that wasn’t too hard of a fix as I just microwaved it. I’m not normally someone who leaves reviews let along negative but I was really looking forward to that wrap and now I can’t eat it."
