"I agree with the sentiments of the previous poster. Dr. Stallings has become more difficult to work with and unsympathetic throughout treatment. The office never answers the phone, rarely responds to emails, and will outright ignore you unless it’s you giving her money. She has tried to charge me for a missed appointment after she rescheduled with me and forgot to take the original appointment off the books. She is currently refusing to refill my prescription because of a missed appointment (that was my mistake). I contacted her to reschedule and make arrangements but…. the only response I received was that I owe $100 for a missed appointment. I’m still 1.5 weeks away from the 3 month mark of having to see her and there is no communication from her end. -Response to reply- Yes exactly, I tried multiple times to contact you through phone and email. You’re just proving my point. You knew I was trying to contact you and made no effort to reach back out. I have missed 1 appointment and paid the late fee. I currently do not have a balance so why would it matter if I bounced a check in the past? Additionally it hasn’t been 3 months since my last visit, so what is your reasoning for not simply refilling a prescription? Lack of care? Then you want to abandon me as a client? Do better Dr."

"Janette is terrible. Acts like she cares at first, then makes it clear she’s just a money-grabber who clearly doesn’t actually care about her patients. What kind of doctor/NP discusses billing for half the visit instead of leaving that for the receptionist? 0/10. *In response to the reply below* Janette I would like to kindly point out that you or whichever staff member replied to my google review either is misinformed or blatantly dishonest. I was not “graciously” offered a discount, I WAS in fact sent to collections, and discussing billing during an appointment is frankly unprofessional. I paid whatever I was able to afford during each visit and if it wasn’t enough then I shouldn’t have been seen. This was after spending multiple visits unaware that my insurance wasn’t accepted. Most places sort these matters out before the appointment. Do better."
