Carroll Area Nursing Service is a locally owned Medicare-certified home health agency located at 4024 Main Street in Elk Horn, Iowa. Since 1993, our dedicated staff of professionals has provided compassionate and highly skilled one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from newborn to elderly to end of life. Our services include skilled nursing, home care aide assistance, physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietitian consultations, and certified wound ostomy continence nursing. We are committed to evaluating all referrals within 48 hours, even on weekends.
