"The food here lately is horrible. 2/10/24 paid $12.05 for my meal and never have I ever received such horrible food. This was the early shift around 1pm. I ordered a jamoca shake and it looked like vanilla and all the flavor was at the bottom. Even after I mixed it the shake now tasted like a chocolate shake. I ordered the #1 and my red sauce was literally dripping out the wrapper. Fries of course hard as a rock. Cold. No good. Sorry at $12 a meal someone needs to know."
"Usually don't review fast food but the customer service was a 10/10 . Everyone was very friendly . I went to refill my soda and thr syrup was out and I didn't even have to ask the kind lady behind the counter was running over to see which one it was. You don't see customer service like this in fast food no more. Glad to see it's still around. Kudos to management and team"
"One fast food place where the shake machine is not always busted. (The jamocha shakes are my choice). The service is decent. Deere employees seem to speak clearly and form cohesive sentences. The food is not as great as it used to be. Twice of the last four experiences food has been cold"
"We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Jodi the assistant GM helped us. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Great experience. The thing I love is they accept expired coupons. The place was very clean. The orange sickle shake was awesome."
"The guy running the drivethru window was just about as polite if not better, no he WAS better than ANY drivethru I've gone thru To him I say thank you. However, to the manager on duty, in my order, when I am at the speaker ordering a large chocolate shake, this is where I should be told that the shake machine is down. NOT after you have charged my card for a $15.00 meal and offer a lemonade as compensation! That large shake is $5+ and I was given a drink of my choice. I took an ice tea but i feel like your store owes me the money back for that shake or just could have taken my name and number for another visit like most fastfood restaurants do. I will say this, you did tell me, when I was ordering at the speaker, that you were out of a sauce for the jalapeño bites. So I told you to give me ranch. Guess what?? No ranch in the bags for either of the side items I ordered. I will be contacting someone at your offices about how this issue was addressed. Other than that food was great workers were great and drive thru service was great."
