I’ve dealt with a couple other places in town and have always been disappointed with outrageous costs and subpar customer service. These guys are extra friendly and the customer service is above and beyond! Great times on repairs as well! I’ve waited weeks at other shops. They even get the door for you instead of standing there watching you struggle while trying to carry a vacuum and maneuver the door. They take trade ins towards the purchase of a new vacuum as well. All around, hands down, the best service/dealer in Cedar Rapids!!!! Thanks guys!"
