"When it came to picking a daycare for our son we were so nervous as you always think worst case scenario. Picking Charming Children was the best idea we could have made for our son. We have seen him develop so much! He is not even 2 years old and can count to 5, knows the difference Red, Green and Blue, and can talk so clearly! "My twins have been here since they were 3 months old (now 2 years old) and have learned so much. They love going to "penny's house". Mrs. Lauren does an excellent job teaching them and Mrs. Jaimie was/ is an amazing infant room teacher. Charming Children staff are so friendly and my girls truly are learning so much from here. I get compliments all the time about how intelligent they are and people who are shocked they are only 2. I cant take all the credit since they are at school most of the day! We love Charming Children. I will forever recommend this childcare and will not send my kids anywhere else!"

"As the Director of Charming Children, I feel that I need to address a couple of the comments. The first one is the one regarding abuse of leaving a child in a wet diaper for 10 hours. This is simply not true. There was a family who was with us for a week who claimed this had happened to their 3-year-old. When we checked with the teacher, they explained that they had been potty training the child in the morning and he kept dry. Then the child was picked up after his nap before the child could be changed. The app we use did verify this information. However, we did make a couple scheduling changes to ensure a child isn’t sent home with a dirty/wet diaper/pull-up. The second one left numerous comments from several of their friends and family. The family was upset when we explained that their child’s needs were beyond what we could provide. We had several discussions with the family prior to making this decision. But, the decision we made was with the child’s best interest in mind. We regret that this decision offended the family. Their child is very precious. Whenever we find that a method or process isn’t working for a teacher or family, we always research it and make changes so that we can provide the best service that we are able. We continue to strive to be the best that we can be."
