They have had my machine for over a month for repair and I finally called to see what was going on to find out it has been done for weeks and the FORGOT TO CALL ME! Not too happy at the moment."

"have purchased 2 items from STAR. Both have had nothing but problems with them. ! was a new stove, had to have service there once a week for 2 months, because oven would not light. Had there numerous times after, because pilot light did not stay lit. Another item was dishwasher purchased 2 years ago. Had tp replace washer arm bearings after 2 months. Most recently had a small leak. They came to fix it, and shorted out circuits, and go figure had to order more parts. 2 weeks later parts come in, but either wrong parts, or needed other parts that they did not order at that time. So had to wait even longer for more parts to come in. Needless to say, we are a food service operation that has not had a working dish washer for over a month."
