"Who in the world do they have managing this location? Stopped in for the first time today to grab a coffee. Wasn't very busy at all. Not one person out of at least 4 that were working behind the counter even acknowledged that I had walked in or that I was the only one standing in line for what felt like 5 min without a single hello, can I help you, a smile, we'll be right with you, nothing, other than them gossiping amongst themselves. Pretty confident one of them was the so called manager but I could be wrong. The vibe was definitely off! One commenter mentioned toxic environment and it's safe to say they nailed that on the head! The only positive I can mention is that my coffee was decent and hot. Not a thank you, have a good day, or goodbye. Do better!"
"The staff was fantastic and thorough tonight. One of the shift leaders came over to my table after the transaction and stated that they accidentally charged me for 2 drinks instead of 1. He then handed me a gift card with the refund on it and was apologetic. All 3 of the employees tonight were very professional, fast, kind and exceeded my expectations!! Did I mention how clean it was?! I used my gift card immediately before I left for more!!"
"No flavor what so ever. One tasted like straight water. The other like dirty dishwater. Had to repeat our order 5 times in drive thru. Won't be back."
"Went in for just a latte to go, took about 10 minutes for them to make one singular latte. It wasn’t even that busy. I also asked for a hot latte and they gave me an iced but I wasn’t gonna sit there for another 10 minutes waiting on a hot latte. I don’t blame the workers, for most of them it’s probably their first job. I feel like it’s just the result of poor management."
"The baristas were great and super fast, no wait! One problem is the environment radiates toxicity. Lots of constant gossip was taking place amongst manager(s) and workers. I didn’t like the effect it was having on the younger baristas. I definitely wouldn’t want a power assertive manager as my boss in charge."
