"I have to give it less stars today because my iced mocha was a terrible chocolatey drink. But I will say I've previously had a great iced mocha here. Disappointed today, but would still recommend it because it has been better, this is just the first time I've left a review. Independent is important too, they just need to remember a quality product is as important if not more, than anything else. Hours are difficult, but lots of businesses still have ugly hours right now."
