"I visited Storm Lake Honda to check out a Honda CB1000R, wanting to see if it was a good fit for me, and to explore other motorcycles if it wasn't. I had been communicating with Jason via email prior to our visit, and when we arrived at the dealership, Nick was there to assist us. Nick was incredibly supportive, patiently answering all my questions, no matter how trivial, and allowed us to take our time looking at all the motorcycles. "Bought a Honda pioneer Trail . Sales Staff was good but accessories installation was poor in my Opinion. Missing parts, loose clamps, completely missing steps of the Honda installation Instructions. Check it over before you purchase/leave. About a month ago with 200 miles My dealer installed Inferno heater is now leaking somewhere. Learned my lesson on this one 3 hours away if I would have to do it over again would have spent the extra money and bought local. Gave them 3 stars because they did offer to fix and sent me parts, but seems like a new issue shows itself every other week and not a Honda Issue a Dealer Install issue."
"Jeff, the manager was amazing through email and on the phone and even better when we met him in person. The deal that we put together was straightforward and kept us as a customer in mind. This was the best motorcycle purchase I have ever made with the dealership. The delivery was also exceptional. Robert and Cory in the parts department, had everything on the bike that we wanted, and it was ready for delivery at the front of the store. The team at Storm Lake made us feel like family.
