"My kitchen faucet came off the hose it was attached to. I thought it it was broken, so I called Dan on a Sunday and told him about it and sent some pictures. Come to find out it was only detached and not broken. Instead of coming out and charging me double for an easy fix, he talked to me over the phone on how to fix it! Any other plumber would have charged me. Next time I have a real issue, I will call Dan. He's quite the man of integrity!"
