That next town was the aptly named Mechanicsville and that shop was Dan's Tire. Dan was incredibly helpful at getting me back on the road with a tire patch, and squeezing me into his full schedule quickly so I could keep heading for home in as little time as it took for me to walk and get something to eat from the gas station and come back.
