"Place order for a birthday delivery today , the order was not deliver but my card was charged . They made NO attempt to contact me or the person getting they delivery to let us know . What’s the point of asking contact info if your not going to us it . Then they asked if i could come to the store when I called to get the refund when I called about the delivery not happening and was no apology . I wouldn’t be paying for a delivery if I was able to come to your store . I live hours away ."
"So disappointed with the arrangement I received for my anniversary. Giant peony buds that never opened and rotted off before my eyes. The roses opened nicely, but there were only 4 flowers in the entire arrangement- 2 which rotted on Sunday. The vase was bought on Thursday. Invest in flowers from a local shop. I had an arrangement from A Step in Thyme that lasted 3 weeks. The arrangement also came very odd looking with a rose stem much taller than the other flowers."
"I used this store for flowers for a funeral in town. I was late in ordering them but they went out of their way to get them there on time. The arrangement was gorgeous with much attention to details and many people commented on how lovely it was. Thanks Hy Vee on Gordon!"
