"I would give 0 stars if I could. This woman committed to doing the florals for a wedding, was not clear on contracts or anything else, did not contact the bride for a timeline. Bride contacted her 4 weeks out from the wedding as she was told to do 8 months ago when she took all her info and committed. Bride went into the store and Katie was extremely rude and short and then ultimately bailed the bride to find someone else to do her florals because she “didn’t have time to talk about the brides wedding”. Absolutely unprofessional. Find someone more reliable."
