"I can't speak for dinner but the lunch is great. Got the whiskey prime rib for $30 which comes with a great salad bar. It's an older crowd and it was crowded. Would go again!"
"Waited to be seated for 15 minutes with not a soul in site except for the people sitting at the bar. No hostess, no bartender, nobody!!! Walked to the back to find all the workers hangout in a group. One motioned to me to wait. I decided it was best I just leave. Drove 20 minutes to get here. This was 4:30pm on a Friday. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!"
"I’ve never described a prime rib as refreshing until I had a Whiskey Grilled Prime Rib at The Drover for lunch! Best steak I’ve had and the lunch experience is unbeatable! You spend a little more here than you would at a chain but you’re definitely getting the quality! Will be back!"
"First visit to the Drover - don't feel the need to come back. They're known for the whiskey marinated steaks. I thought my steak had barely and flavor and I had to salt the steak for it to have any taste. The 55 dollar ribeye can be had at other steakhouses for half the cost. The sides are basic but they had a nice salad bar. Dinner was served on cheap Walmart type plates. Service was prompt and friendly. Overall I don't feel the need to come back anytime soon."
"We went on New Year's Eve, which was seating by reservation only. I had to call 5 or 6 times before the phone number listed actually worked and had someone pick up. Their earliest reservation wasn't until 9:30 pm. We took it and it was good food, it was just a little late, but understandably, it was NYE. A party seated near us was extremely loud. Not sure if it was the acoustics or the party of 6 itself, but it sounded like they were yelling at each other instead of talking. We could barely hear each other talk over them. Once they left, it was a nice quiet dinner. The salad bar was excellent, and had a nice touch of everyone using their own tongs. Both our server and the cocktail server were excellent."
