"This was the complaint I sent, presumably, the receptionist intercepted the email. Thank you for your feedback, as you have requested your records have been transferred to Creighton. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help. To Whom It May Concern: I just called into your office to pay for deep cleaning services for my appointments on the two, upcoming Tuesdays. In addition, I wanted to speak with Jen about possibly having a couple of procedures completed at Creighton for cost savings so that I could be more proactive and aggressive with some of the cosmetic procedures in the near future with your office. Instead of being forwarded to someone in finance, I was confronted by your receptionist for payment (the reason I was calling in the first place), and argued with as to whether or not she left me a voice mail yesterday (which I did not, in fact, receive). Based on her actions, comments and attitude, I have chosen to have all of my records forwarded to Creighton and will look elsewhere to have my cleanings and cosmetic procedures completed. She treated me as if I were in some type of collections with your office, while I owe you nothing at this point. My very first appointment with your office was 2 days ago and you were payed in full and with insurance. I felt that your receptionist was very rude, talked over me argumentatively and was extremely unprofessional while I was simply trying to make a payment for my very first procedure next week. It was not her I was trying to reach, it was Jen."
"I have been in customer service for...well my entire lifetime. What I experienced at Premier Dental was GREAT customer service! I walked in and was instantly greeted by name and then shown around the office (my first visit there). Anyone that we ran into greeted me kindly and seemed very genuine. They even had a small welcome gift and note. The first visit was very detailed and everything was explained in just the amount of detail I wanted (one of the questions they first asked was how much detail you want about what they are doing!). They have some of the newer "toys" out there in dentistry so you are getting the best that there is. I'll be bringing the family back for sure."
