"This is not a secure storage facility as the gate has been broken for a couple of months now. Do you guys need help finding a replacement gate motor or a contractor to fix the gate. I don’t see any security cameras. I don’t see any security guards. I could hook up to any number of campers or trailers that are out here and drive away without any issue. i’m sure you’ll be receiving an email from my wife shortly stating we are canceling our contract. Should probably reach out to all customers and suggest they put locks on there trailer tongues"
"Under new ownership. Local management is very polite. However, many times we have gone to check up on our camper and the gate is wide open, not closing. Feels unsecure."

"When our storage facility was bought by Kwiklock, we were a little apprehensive about keeping our unit. However, the transition was amazing, they were in constant contact with us letting us know everything that was happening. We have had zero issues since the transition. We appreciate the many ways we are able to get ahold of them and their response time is quick. Also love the manager on-site, he is always kind and knowledgeable!"
