"Good selection. However, I had to order my size of a specific shirt. The sales person handed me a phone to place my own order. Had the option to ship to my home for $10, so I opted to come back in a week to pick up. It's not a good buying experience. I could have ordered at home and saved myself 2 trips to the store. Plus, they collected all of my contact information, so now I will get tons more sales emails even though I am a return shopper."
"Typically would rather go to a small local western store but had some great help from Brenda and Dillon. I wasn’t happy with how the hat reshaping had turned out from another employee but they jumped in and had it looking great and we’re more then willing to help me with some other things I needed there as well. I believe both had help me in the past and both had great customer service then as well!"
