"I worked for Cabela’s in Sidney Nebraska and lost my job during the transition with Bass Pro. After much consideration my wife and I decided to relocate to central Nebraska after landing a job there. With little notice Justin and his team drove out from Omaha and moved my family and I. We had a long day of moving but Justin and his team were awesome. Always asking questions as to what, where, and how which helped alleviate anxiety. Very considerate of our belongings as well. I would recommend Justin."
"The only reason this business gets one star is because I had to rate it to get my review posted. My daughter set up a move date with Jason several weeks ago - Facebook message, subsequent phone call. Three business days before she followed up with phone calls to confirm the move date. All her calls went to voice mail. I called and left a voicemail. No communication from Innerlight. Today Innerlight is a NO SHOW. We’re stuck renting a Uhaul truck, and helping our daughter move. I understand life happens, and I hope something catastrophic didn’t happen to Justin and his crew. But, my recommendation is to have a back up plan if your Plan A is Innerlight Moving and Relocation Services"
"I scheduled a move 2 weeks in advance. He told me he would call me the day before the move to verify. He did NOT call me. I called him and he told me he had a friend came into town and he couldn't move me. I told him I would need to find another mover and he said "that's fine". This guy is a complete waste of time and not professional."
"Justin is all good up front but when it comes down to the move he goes nuts. Told me my stuff was not going to fit then calls back and say ok I guess it is. However were in the new house and missing a ton of items. I would not recomend them to any one. Horrible service and wont return the items he admits he has of ours in his garage."
"I called Justin at Innerlight Moving when I found myself in a tough spot without enough help to move. Justin went above and beyond anything expected to make sure the job got done. He personally came out and completed the job along with one of his employees. The job was much bigger than he expected and he did not hesitate to make it happen. Calling Innerlight moving ended up being an amazing experience!"
