"I just visited Don's today to have a link taken out of my watch and was greeted by the sweetest old lady. She quickly took the link out and handed me my watch back. Ask her how much it was going to cost and she said nothing. To my surprise I tried to pay her something but she still refused. If you're looking for a local jewelry store with great customer service I wouldn't go anywhere else."
"A pal of mine wrote me... "After my husband's appointment we headed home and stopped at a town 1/2 hour from us. There is a little jewelry store there so I took a chance and stopped in. I was greeted by a nice older lady who said that she could have it done in 15 minutes but I told her that we would go get a bite to eat to give her more time. She had it all finished when I came back and when I asked her how much I owed her she smiled and said, "Nothing. Have a nice weekend." No matter how much I tried to get her to take payment she declined and kept saying, "Have a nice weekend."
