"Took like 1 hr to get a door after checking in , was told to back up to door 2. the guy who has my paper work breaks seal , opens doors ,Turns off my reefer … It’s been a whole hour and haven’t felt anyone inside my trailer , then I hear banging on my door from another worker yelling at me saying “ why is my reefer off “, I was like bruh I didn’t touch my reefer, one of your guys did . And it was back and forth arguing with that dude . I turned my reefer back on and still waiting to get unloaded . Crazy Horrible communication with the workers here who take your paper work , I don’t recommend this place ."
"Checked in with the guard, went to staging area. Checked in with receiving, got a door right away and was unloaded in 45 minutes. Great experience"
"I arrived 12 hours early. Checked in with security. They have over night parking inside the gate. After my 10 hour break I called the number security gave me. Spoke with Jason in shipping. He told me drop my trailer and to drive up between doors 5-6. He came right out with my paperwork. Was supposed to be a live load. Turned out to be a drop and hook. Everyone was very nice and professional."
