"Ok, Boot Barn in Sioux Falls, SD has hands down the best customer service of any apparel store I've been into in years. The younger guy named Brock sold me a pair of Ariats just a couple of months ago and I loved them, unfortunately after wearing them they tore in a strange spot and made them excruciating to wear. I showed up at Boot Barn today and brought my boots with me. Kristene the manager was quick and helped me to exchange them for a new pair of Ariats no questions asked. Awesome place, awesome people. They have my business for all of my work attire for sure!!!"
