"Not even worth 1 Star: Our wedding day was an absolute dream, with every detail meticulously planned and flawlessly executed – except for our experience with David Jones Fashion. Over the course of 1 1/2 years, we planned our celebration from both Europe and the US, considering my origin, and benefited greatly from the outstanding services provided by other vendors. However, our encounter with this establishment proved to be a significant source of frustration. I don’t even know where to start, but after multiple phone calls because agreements were not kept, groomsmen were outfitted with the wrong pants, shirts, and colors, many trips back to the store added to our exasperation, and the cherry on top was when my husband's shirt wasn't ready three days before the wedding, with no replacement available. The owner assured us to be patient, promising it would arrive on time. Fortunately, it got shipped to us last minute, only to reveal a different shirt on the night before the wedding. Additionally, one of the groomsmen's pants lacked loopholes, and another pair ripped shortly before the ceremony after normal movements. Moreover, my husband's jacket button fell off within just 10 minutes of wearing it – a testament to the questionable quality that doesn't justify the expense. Thanks to my mother for her last minute sewing skills! While contemplating a return to the store, we concluded it wasn't worth our time after enduring all the difficulties. Mistakes are human, but the owner seemed oblivious to the errors and made no effort to rectify them. I debated whether to write a review, attempting to move past the challenging experiences this establishment imposed on us. Still, if my words can assist at least one couple in avoiding ordering their suits there, I would be more than pleased. PS: Those who accept discounts and offers from the owner in exchange for 5-star ratings for this establishment should reflect on their choices and question whether they can truly find peace at night."

"10/10 recommend. They were quick professional, and personable. You can feel the quality of experience that they have considering he had my measurements pretty much at first glance, and they were really communicative on what was most important to me in terms of style and comfort. Will be back!"

"Terrible business and wouldn't recommend to anyone. 0 stars if it would let me. And FYI: notice all the fake "5stars reviews" don't have any likes but all the 1 stars reviews do. I got my wedding suit here and the whole experience from the start was a total mess. David Jones always seems lost and disorganized. He can't seem to keep the order straight and would mix up the groomsmens suit putting them in the wrong sizes, items etc. After fixing his mistakes, he makes it seem as if he's bending over backwards to do a special request, when it's really just fixing his own errors. Not to mention he speaks to all his customers in a condescending way and acts as if you're dumb if you have any questions. I didn't get my whole suit until 2 days before my wedding, and the shirt was wrong, due to his mistakes. Caused a huge stress and chaos. Do not go here"

"0 Stars would be a better choice... I used David Jones Fashions for my Wedding this Summer. All wedding planning went smooth, other than dealing with David, the Owner. David is rude, unaware and runs a SCAM of a business. Just a few things to note in reference to his SCAM: 1. You will NOT be measured to correct size. This is so that David can charge you for every tailored adjustment they need to make. Expect to pay extra $$$ to get everything sized correctly because there will be multiple issues with sizing. 2. David will sit you down and have you fill out a contract before you have picked out a single piece of your outfits. This contract is what he will refer back to anytime there is ever a question. Again, you will fill this out before you have even tried on a single piece of clothing. BEWARE. 3. Don't expect to pay the agreed to/contracted price. I ended up paying over $1k for a tuxedo that he quoted me $500. To his defense, I did ok the up charge on a white button up shirt because he put me in a very cheap option when I requested a specific style. $225 up charge later, I got the white button up that I requested initially. To make matters worse, all of these extra costs were communicated to me through an EMAIL from David... Not in person or over the phone.. 4. Lastly, I had 10 others in my wedding party (all of which had issues/questions on various things). David, called me directly and insisted that no one in my wedding party other than myself was to communicate with him.. His exact words "If you walk into McDonalds, can you just go up and talk with the CEO?" In summary, don't do business here, you will regret it."
