"Dear God could these people be any more pathetic? They have no customer service they ignore the request that you've made in terms of where to deliver packages, and when they screw up again- they deny any involvement for any part they may have played in poor service. My package was actually sent to a person with a completely different name to Sheldon Iowa and not Spencer Iowa. They said they'd contact me within 24 hours if they were unable to get the package that was in Sheldon and deliver it to me. I never heard from them again. The poor seller on eBay had to send out three orders before they got one right. I have no idea why they fail so miserably. There's no continuity anywhere. What you read online what you read in the app and what they say they're going to do is absolutely not connected. They once I believe set the standard- now if I see that a package will be delivered via FedEx I don't order it. The only service that's worse is the United States Post office. No one, absolutely no one, takes responsibility anymore!"
