"Horrible experience don’t get your taxes done at Jackson and Hewitt, the customer service is awful after you pay them they become very rude and not wanting to help anymore!! they’ll send your tax paperwork out to IRS incomplete after they charge you for there service just to find out and have the IRS send you your tax paperwork back to complete yourself because it was done incorrectly and Jackson Hewitt became very unhelpful and rude telling me to figure it out myself. The first experience was just as bad as my second figured they might be better second time around but nope I DO NOT recommend Jackson and Hewitt to do your taxes they’re absolutely horrible. And from seeing the reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Messing peoples taxes up taking their money to do taxes then not wanting to help after they’ve made a mistake they just know how to become very rude I’ve noticed."
