"I had been calling around to tax companies for months trying to get in somewhere and nobody had any openings. I spoke with Allie just a couple days ago and was able to get right in. She was so nice and made everything very easy to understand. I was also pleasantly surprised with my return, and just so happy to be able to get my taxes off of my to do list. Would definitely recommend going there to see Allie!"

"If I could give it no stars, I would. I received multiple emails reminding me of my appt. and how they would cancel my appointment if I was late. I took off of work to arrive on time. I waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time and no one showed. I was never contacted with an explanation . I would not trust someone to do my taxes when they do not even value my time"

"Made an appointment twice just for no one to be there. Times scheduled to be open 11-7. No one available to help. Why have times up if no one is gonna be at the location. Called customer service 4 times. The first 2 times was put on hold for 15 minutes each. The 3rd time. The lady was nice and helped a bit. The 4th time the lady was not helpful at all. Will not be returning to Jackson Hewitt."
