"100% awesome service"
"Prices were absolutely ridiculous. I was given a first year tax rep (who claimed she’s been doing it for a few years) who messed up on three things and then had to ask for help. The lady who came to help was super nice and had to fix multiple mistakes that were made. If I would’ve known she was a first year, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere to begin with. A woman called me after I took a customer review survey trying to defend her worker when her story is not what happened at all. I also got a second opinion on my taxes through another “professional” and they calculated my return almost DOUBLE what H&R Block said. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend this place to anybody. I am glad other people have had positive experiences though and please don’t take my ONE negative experience as an experience for all! I will just not recommend to anybody looking for a reliable tax service."
"We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet Mary several years ago and each year she has demonstrated excellent knowledge of the tax laws, courtesy and professionalism throughout the process. This year she and Connie, her assistant, helped us email our documents and reduce our time significantly. She really enjoys her job and helping people.
