"They have a restroom. You can drop at any time. Even if live loading. You drop and they put it in a door. You will have to call to check on it. They won't notify you when it's loaded. If you have to be reworked or some taken off don't expect it to be quick. Wells doesn't hurry and get you done but by God you better still get it there to it's destination on time or they get upset with your carrier. Overall nice place but they definitely to change some things for the better."

"I really like LeMars/Wells Ice-cream (shipper) and how they operate. They are great people, helpful and kind. The procedure takes some getting used to but when you do, you see how much easier it is compared to other places. I would never bat an eye at hauling a load for them. Easy to get along with and work for. Wow, I didn't know it could be like this. BUT, don't come in here with a dirty/unwashed trailer or your experience may be very different than mine. They are VERY PICKY about clean trailers. Know that up front."

"Make sure you washout your trailer before coming in. I used this place: 2301 Boulevard of Champions, Sioux City, IA 51111 Yes, they do take a long time to load, but why would I care. Trailer on the yard drop drop - driver in a bobtail goes sleep sleep. Call the number they give you in the morning, 99% your trailer has been loaded at night, now you only need to find it. Scale on exit, ice cream is usually loaded legally with some weight to spare (around 32-35k). On a side note - pleasant surprise to find brand new Loves only couple miles away."
