"The service received when my taxes were being done was great! However, a few weeks later after receiving a tax refund that was substantially lower than what I was told, I called and no one answered. I called several times over the span of 4 weeks at the beginning of May (the location I went to was apparently only open during tax season). Called multiple offices, and left numerous voicemails and never heard from Jackson Hewitt again. That's absolutely horrid service, no matter how nice they were initially. We'll never go back and I'd never recommend them to anyone. Don't go to Jackson Hewitt, if you have any questions or any issue arises, you'll never hear from them, they are unreliable."
