"Was a nice experience until the two ladies seated directly to my left started to talk and laugh (was certainly not a comedy) throughout the entire movie. I asked them several times to be a little more conscientious of those around them. They laughed and continued on so I left the movie I paid for and approached management, something I have never done before, and asked if maybe the manager could say something. I apologized profusely and was assured the situation would be handled. I returned to my seat to watch the manager walk in, look directly at me, so I pointed to the two women talking and laughing, and he proceeded to walk out without a word. Never said anything to them and they continued to shout throughout the film without consequence. Awful service. Awful experience. Will never go back. I have never experienced such a loud, rude, and poorly managed theater in my entire life. Didn’t even check tickets before we went in, ordered popcorn and walked right into the theater so if you want to watch a free movie this is the place to go, just don’t expect to enjoy it."

"The theater is fine. It is the bathroom that is the problem. Stall doors open inward, so you kinda have to do a shuffle to get in. It is a real hassle if you have a bag or a purse. And the stalls smell like old pee. Gross."

"Going to Marcus to watch movies is great, I am just sitting at the tables relaxing a bit before I have to drive home and I see all the managers and all the employees but one go to the back I think that is not right yeah I get it your slow u don't have a lot of customers but there's crumbs of popcorn on the floors like there is more then one employee there as well as managers, at least the one employee who is in a power wheelchair is still up front and helping customers while everyone else is in the back on their phones and talking to each other when they should be doing something, I believe the women in the power wheelchair should get a raise cause at least she is helping customers out unlike the other employees."

"It's a decent enough movie theater. The pricing is about what you'd expect for a movie theater in 2023 and it had okay popcorn. The seats of the theater weren't anything special but they weren't bad either. Overall if you want to go to the movies, while the theater won't take your breath away with some state of the art sound system or reclining seats, it works. Not much else to say really."

"Solid place to catch a movie. Pretty standard to aNy movie theatre in a mall. Nice workers, good location in mall next to an ice rink which is kind of cool."
