"Just saw Dune 2 at their IMAX theater. They are currently playing a wrongly formatted version of the movie on their screen. If you go there watch the movie at the XL screen not the IMax. They are playing a 1:90:1 version. On a 1:43:1 screen. It’s borderline impossible to watch. It’s so zoomed in you constantly only see half of people heads. So disappointing to spend 30 dollars to watch this masterpiece and the theater plays the wrong aspect ratio version of the film. Even more disappointing, I brought this to their attention, and they pretended like I was the issue. The manager even admitted that they had the wrong version and didn’t even offer a refund or a free ticket in the future. Very disappointing. Photos below. I can assure you… no director would ever want their film to be viewed with the actors heads being cropped off for 90% of the close shots. If you look at the ceiling you can tell much of the film projection is being lost to either poor projectionist calibration or (according to the manager) having the wrong version of the film to fit their screen properly. That’s so lazy and sad. You’re deliberately giving your paying costumers a very tainted experience. Fix it. Let me know when it’s fixed….So I can enjoy the film the way it’s Meant to be seen. I paid to see a masterpiece in IMAX I hope you address the issue soon."

"This is an awesome place to go and watch a movie in the IMax theater. The seats are roomy and very comfortable. They recline back and also are heated. Which was definitely a plus, considering it was balmy 17 degrees and snowing outside. The staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a great evening. You can order food and eat it in your comfortable reclining seat, which has a small tray table to put your items on. Very comfortable. Very enjoyable."

"Love watching Aquaman in 3D. Love the reclining heated seats. Disappointing on fountain Stary soda. Didn't know Stary was out till I got to my seat and movie started. No server in IMax part to be soda."

"The theater was an awesome experience, it was a little pricey, but, They had a place you could sit down & order food, a small arcade,& any kind of Soda you could ever want, as well as an Icee machine with lots of flavors, & the seats are Recliners with two heat settings, plus a few other bells & whistles. The staff at the Concession stand were very friendly & eager to wait on us. I give the experience a five out of five stars….good times !"
