A Refund Advance loan, which is repaid with your tax refund, is no longer available this year. However, Early Refund Advance was available at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance was available at most locations from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.
In addition to tax preparation services, we also offer help with IRS letters. Appointments for in-person tax preparation or drop-off tax preparation can be booked online or by calling (712) 325-4408. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 3030 West Broadway office.
