"I lived at Regency Heights II for 8 yrs and I enjoyed the tenants & management, there was nothing that I needed that I wouldn't get for my apartment, bulbs, carpet cleaning etc...I only moved because of health reasons..I would recommend it to anyone, it was like having family around to help you If needed and the parties for birthdays & gatherings for games were outstanding & plenty fun. The place was neat & clean.Erika made my transition from there to my new residence very smooth, she is a very sweet person.Thank you Erika for making my last few months very pleasant."

"Now, hopefully, there is a new manager. Things will be better. My dishwasher has leaking for almost a year. The previous manager, kept sending the maintenance man to try to piece together. Seems as though the manager uses the maintenance man for too many duties besides doing the calls the residents. The walls and ceiling are WAY too thin. We hear our neighbors going ons. Also, the windows are very cheap! During the winter time, you have to put plastic on them so the wind does not blow into your apartment. The snow and grass need to be cut and plowed by contracting it out. Many residents, concerns do not get followed up on. The communication between residents and the manager, is a joke. The after hours answering machines, needs to be gone through daily and get a better machine that could hold more messages. There is a $20 water fee each month. It seems to me, and other residents. The rent is too high!??!!? Hopefully, these surveys, will show corporate and management that changes and procedures, are taken seriously. Thanks"

"Very nice apartments, I like my two bedroom a lot, very spacious and comfortable. Staff is fairly conscientious, get repairs done pretty quickly. Grounds and interior are maintained well. Great local trails for walking."

"Noise. Walls are thin. Pet dogs in halls either unleashed, or leash too long. Barking at all hours. Supposed to be service animals but they are not. Manager has no power to make changes. Find something better."
