"Good luck getting your security deposit back! We left the apartment looking far cleaner than it was when me moved in, but did not get our money back. We have attempted to contact J&J a dozen times via email/phone and have had no response."
"Called to get my tub fixed, as it was continuously draining. Maintenance said the fixed the tub, was not fixed. My AC needed fixed as well, they did not give me a 24 hour notice before coming in. On Monday they told me the maintanence guy would be coming “maybe Wednesday-Friday sometime”, I specifically asked they give me a 24 hour phone call notice since they didn’t know, did not get one. Maintenance man just showed up at my apartment and said he’d be back the next day, never came. When I called to get an update because I didn’t want him just walking into my apartment again unannounced they never once answered the phone. Called multiple times over 5 days, no answer. Never called back. Emailed them three times about it with no response as well. Lastly the plowing during winter sucks. The driveway is VERY steep to get in and I couldn’t use the main drive basically the whole winter. Actually almost got into a big accident when my car started sliding down the incline as I was trying to park, slid straight into the oncoming traffic and if they hadn’t stopped they would have smoked me directly on the drivers side."
