"I lived here for six years and would highly recommend it. I had a great time living here. The owners provide excellent service in maintaining a secure and beautiful environment around the apartments. Furthermore, I am very pleased with their maintenance, which is very quick. The most fascinating aspect of these apartments, which I haven't seen in many other apartments in Iowa City, is the greenish middle yard in each block, which gives me a more relaxed feeling, especially in the summer and spring."
"I lived her from 2018 through 2023 while I attended university. It was a great place to live. The apartments are really spacious. Relatively quiet and respectful neighbors, a lot of families living here. The office was always very helpful and maintenance was always prompt when there was a problem. When I had to move abruptly, the leasing office was able to find tenants to take over my lease very fast. I definitely recommend living here."
"I lived there for one year while attending University of Iowa, and it couldn't have been better. It is very clean, everyone in the office is great (especially Christy!). On one of the fliers they put on our door (an informative flier), they went above and beyond and even put a recipe, which gives it a really homey feel. Will recommend!"

"This is such a great place to live! I lived there for 5 years and have several friends who have lived there at some point. The apartments are functional and sensibly sized, and the neighborhood feels safe and friendly - lots of small families and grad students. The staff is very friendly but also organized and professional, and any service/maintenance requests get taken care of within 24 hours. In terms of what you get for what you pay, this is one of the best options in the Iowa City area!"
