"Under age maintenance man drunk on property given alcohol by a tenant and another maintenance man on property, broken apartment front doors, flooring coming off the floor, very noisy tenants and maintenance men who live on property (after ten pm). Main building doors unable to close properly, HVAC thermostat has to be 5-10° lower than you want the temperature. Maintenance men play favorites. Maintenance man and his friend so drunk they were stumbling and laughing after breaking open a case of soda in the hallway after midnight. Cockroaches and even the pest control blames tenants with meat and other things left out. Retaliation from other tenants, smell off acetone and paint thinner in the middle of the night. Cockroaches due to tenants leaving garage in hallways, on decks, and leaving food on counters, fire doors closed by tenants."

"Well!!!!!!!!! That just Lone should tell you how i feel. First of all they won’t tell you that is roachville infested. Nor old dish washer don’t function. Apartment above me had a leak for days and has been reported multiple times. No one come by to stop leak or fix. When the sealing where the bathtub is start to slowly fall apart. Thats when some came to help stop the leak by going up that apartment above me. Sealing remains tore up discolored by black mold. Kitchen sealing too. And yes it might good with the school and affordable rent etc. but there’s to much of danger ment with our health. Old kitchen cabinets that are roach infested. Every day I’m killing quantities of roach. Pest control comes in every third of thursday of every month but not even pest control is not doing there jobs. They go the the bathroom and spray just one little corner and then they go right out. I question the pest control employee and they don’t even respond my questions about they don’t spray all rooms and kitchen too. Management is jut horrible and i won’t invite family and friends in this apartments. Because of the embarrassment that they’ll see roaches running across the counter or floor. If management is reading this is time to shape up man up and do your Job because you never know what the future hold for you with you jobs"

"Rented from here for almost 3 years & lived in two separate buildings in that time. Poor maintenance and care for properties. Management and neighbors will definitely leave you alone - but also will not come fix things when need be. Cheap & easy for the area - just make sure you can fix your own plumbing & deal with very loud neighbors."

"This place is downright horrible! I wish I would have read reviews before signing the lease. Don't let the price of rent fool you. Full of roaches! They never answer the phone at the office and maintenance is terrible except one guy. I cannot wait to move out of this godforsaken place! Horrible horrible experience! When I first moved in I couldn't even use the appliances because they were dangerous, and my bathroom sink has flooded underneath 4 times in 3 months. For the sake of your sanity do not rent from these people. Wish I could add photos."
