"I just moved in this month and haven’t found anything bad to say about the community. From start to finish the leasing team has been next level and always willing to help you with whatever questions you might have. It means a lot to be able to be apart of a community backed by people that actually care about your time spent at the community! Jace was my leasing agent and he has been awesome throughout the whole process. The amenities are definitely top notch and worth every dime compared to most surrounding communities. If you are considering this place as your next home do not hesitate, this is where you want to be!!"

"Seems like as soon as you sign the lease they don’t care anymore. Don’t move here unless you want to walk blocks to your garage my mother is elderly and I have had knee surgery so we are not able to walk a block every time we need to leave but they want to charge us 2 months rent when we haven’t even moved in yet! -Update- It’s my mother is the one that signed the lease but we have the same last name and I am on it as an occupant. We are supposed to move in the 15th. I will have her reach out to the email provided. I would love to update this rating if we can get something figured out! Thank you. -Update 2- Don't leave a bad review or you will get an attitude every time you have to deal with the manager and be threaten to have your car towed every other day if you don't park a block away. When we sent a email to the one given in the response we were sent back a email with the managers name on it, almost as if the complaint went straight to her... She says she is the only person that we are able to communicate with and won't give us a higher up email. "I wonder why?" So I highly don't recommend this place unless something changes if this is how we are going to be treated for the rest of our lease!!! Update- We have some new staff that are a complete turn around and are nothing short of amazing!! I truly appreciate everything they do. Maintenance has the snow shoved and salted within a few hours of every snowfall. My mother is elderly and I’ve is very scary for her to walk on ice so we are grateful for that!"

"We came to tour some 3bds! Jase was amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable! The manager was helpful too! We plan to come back and tour another floor plan next week with hopes of making a decision to move in soon! Yes this is a new construction property but everything we saw even unfinished- is sure to be superb. An amazing fitness center underway with some really cool interactive mirrors, a soon to be heated pool, dog park, etc. All amenities are worth the cost as well as the location!"
