"The office staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful, they make it seem like you're wasting their time when making even simple requests or asking for their basic duties to be fulfilled. The area is very unsafe/ sketchy, we've had cars broken into and destroyed and property stolen out of our garage during the short year we lived in these apartments. We were repeatedly having to find other places to stay when they're shutting off water mains for repairs or having water come pouring down through the ceiling of our apartment. Never made use of any of the amenities other than the mailroom while we lived here. Interacted with the office staff as little as possible due to their unwillingness to help answer even so much as a question about missing packages. Sorry to write a big complaining post but genuinely the only aspect of this complex worth more than a single star was the friendliness of the other residents."

"Ontario Place Apartments, it’s unfortunate that you were unwilling to spray for roaches in one of your tenants apartment. You were notified beginning of February, the end of February, and the end of March that you still haven’t come to even look at the apartment for roaches and even claimed you entered the apartment to spray for roaches. Then when asked what day and time you enter the apartment so we could look at the video feed of that day from the camera pointed at the front door inside the apartment, you failed to provide that information. Your property manager laughed and stated for us to go ahead and post the videos and picture proof of the roaches for everyone to see. Here is your proof, it’s unfortunate that it has come to this. Poor property management. Videos are posted on my Facebook. Ontario place apartments has seen them and blocked me. Do not rent here. They take zero responsibility and management is a joke."

"We have lived here for a little over 6 months. We have been kicked out of our apartment on multiple occasions due to maintenance issues. I have been broken into on 3 separate occasions. My car no longer works because it was broken into. I tried to let the apartment complex know what was happening with the break ins but they would rather ignore it and keep their rental rates up. The front office staff is atrocious. They hung up on me after asking normal questions about a water main break. If you want to keep any of your personal belongings, DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is over priced, terribly staffed, and poorly managed."

"Pros: Great apartment complex! It is newly renovated and is very spacious! While looking to lease, Sydney helped answer any questions my roommate and I had. Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The service man is very very friendly, and is quick to do his job! They have an amazing response time. Cons: We have been seeing a lot of bugs(maybe it’s because our apartment is ground floor). Walls are paper thin. Used cheaper material in renovation. Pool water is filthy."
